Did you know poor posture at work leads to pain in the shoulder, back, and neck because
muscles are overworking to maintain the unnatural position?
My name is Katlyn and I’m writing because I’d love to contribute a full article on how to
prevent shoulder pain. I spent most of my 20s working in an office and by the end my shoulders
hurt all the time, I found it hard to sleep, and the stress built up and up. Then I tried Qigong and
shoulder exercises and I felt so much better. I’d like to cover various options open to people with
shoulder pain to recover.
