Manduka is a well-known yoga mat manufacturer that produces a variety of popular mats. Their original Black Mat PRO and the lighter PROlite series are their most well-known products. In our updated review, we retested the Manduka PRO, and while it fell short, we enjoyed it for gentle Yin courses or moments when we needed some extra padding. Because the PRO has poor traction in both dry and wet conditions and has a lengthy break-in period, it may not be the greatest option for you if you do a lot of Down Dogs in your practise. This mat is made of closed-cell rubber, so it won’t absorb oil or perspiration like open-cell rubber mats do, making cleaning a little easier.
