Today, we are publishing our exclusive interview with Kristin McGee where she shared her experience with yoga and its benefits. She also discussed on different aspect of yoga in her interview.\u00a0 Here we go&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:\u00a0<\/b>Namaste Kristin, Can you tell our readers about how you started your journey as Yoga Teacher?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0I was introduced to yoga when I started acting school at New York University in the early 1990&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0What is your source of motivation for doing this extremely good work in Yoga Industry?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0I absolutely fell in love with yoga after my very first class. I want to share it with as many people as I can. I love to teach and I think it shines through. I&#8217;m following my passion and the universe keeps helping me on my path as a yoga teacher.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0As per our conversation, we came to know that you are new mom of 6 months old baby. Please suggest some yoga tips for pregnant women and new mom.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0You can find some great links of Yoga for new moms and pregnant women from my site <a href=\"https:\/\/kristinmcgee.com\/\">kristinmcgee.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0How you maintained energetic atmosphere in Yoga class while teaching your students?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0It&#8217;s easy to stay energetic because I feed off of my students. They all inspire me and keep me engaged in my teaching and their practice.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0Share your experience of teaching Yoga to the famous celebrities.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0My first celebrity client was Steve Martin; I couldn&#8217;t believe I was teaching him yoga. All of my celebrity clients are incredible and very down to earth. I try and treat everyone the same whether they are famous or not.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0Which are the famous celebrities practiced Yoga from you?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0Steve Martin, Tina Fey, Bethenny Frankel, Emilia Clarke, LeAnn Rimes. These are the famous celebrities who practiced yoga under me and it was my amazing experience to work with them.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0What in your opinion are the greatest health benefits of doing yoga?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b> According to me the greatest health benefits of doing yoga are focus, flexibility, patience, relaxation and finding your true potential. One of the most important benefits is developing a better relationship with yourself and your body.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0According to you which kind of food is really good for health?<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b>\u00a0I like everything in moderation. I try and eat whole foods in their natural state. I love fruits, vegetables, greek yogurts, organic eggs, nuts, fish, dark chocolate and red wine!<\/p>\n<p><b>Yetta:<\/b>\u00a0Share few words about your current activities your yoga books\/ brands\/ website.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kristin:<\/b> I am a contributing yoga and wellness editor for Health Magazine. I will be hosting at some of the Wanderlust in the city yoga festivals again this year. I just released my latest yoga DVD, YOGA SLIM. I have an app and I also have new yoga videos available on Vidergize a streaming website for fitness DVDs.
